By using our website or booking AVL services, you agree to these terms. We update them occasionally, so please review them before your event.

Live event AV, gear rentals, and lighting installs

AV By Dan provides gear rentals, full AVL production, and lighting installations for performing arts events across the Chicagoland area.

Rented gear works best when it's treated like your own

We'll spec and run your system. You handle day-of care: no food or drink near consoles, follow safe cable routes, and give us a heads-up on any issue right away. We're in Round Lake Beach and easy to reach.

What happens if I need to cancel?

A 50% deposit locks in your date. Cancellations over 14 days out get a full refund. Rescheduling with more than 48 hours notice is free. We accept Zelle Payments, bank transfers, and checks.

One clear policy for every event we take on

From the first load-in to the final strike, we take responsibility for our gear, our setup, and our crew. Our liability terms are straightforward and protect both you and AV By Dan.
